Cousin Reunion!

We love our cousins from AZ. Leann, Leah and Missy and Kidos came and visited us for a few days. We went Lagoon one day, shopping one day, then on to a family reunion, and then a few days in Rexburg. Here are a few pictures from Lagoon.

Finally SUMMER!!!

More of our Favorite neighbor kids. We have the best neighbors ever and their kids are great too! Sam and Jack are brothers (left) and my kids love playing with them. Not many days pass that they aren't playing or going on an adventure together. Tanner and Lex in the middle with Addy on the right. Addy and Tanner are the best little friends. She has a swing set, we have a tramp, Sam and Jack have a grate big patio, little slide and patio chairs; which all together makes the perfect playground. Notice the goggles! We really got lucky getting stuck between wonderful neighbors. Alexa and Sam having a lemonade stand. They actually did pretty good for 6 year olds and thanks to a kind neighbor who probably bought like $5 in items. Sam was determined to say out there for 3 hours and they did. Oh the joys of summer.

Tanner and cousin Bryce. Goggles! What more can I say. I love Bryce's scrunched ears!

Only in Idaho do you have to bundle up for the 4th of July! It was very chilly!

Happy 4th of July! We watched fireworks at Mitch's brothers while we say in the hot tub because it was so cold. Tanner, Lindsey (cousin), & Lex

Almost summer

Yes, this handsome picture was taken at the end of May. I guess we live in Idaho can't expect much more from the weather than cold. I just love this picture of Tanner.
1st lost tooth! Way to go girl!

Kindergarten Graduation! How can a parent not be proud!

Mommy loves QUIET Time! "You don't have to sleep just go look at books."
Works every time. :)

Tanner's bestest little buddies. Jack our neighbor, we love our new neighbors. Our kids are the same age and play so well together. Tanner in Middle and Bryce, cousin, on right.

Spring Time! 2010

Tanner's 1st of Preschool at the BYU-Idaho, R Kids preschool. He says, "Mom, I am a big boy now cuz I go to college." I just smile and say yep.
What an adorable little stinker. Where'd you get those blue eyes?

Christmast 2009

Tanner loved going outside and shoveling snow. He was being like his dad when Mitch would go plow snow. I just love this picture.

Fiesta Bowl 2010 - Way to go BSU. You make proud and it was well worth 30+ hours with 3 kids in the car. One of them being 5 weeks old. Jace went with us to the game and slept the entire time. I can't believe with all that noise he could sleep.

Who knew GOGGLES could be so much fun. There weren't too many places Tanner went with out them on. How FUN!

The last 8 months! Wow!

Well after the last time I posted we had a few things change. We moved out of my inlaws house and into a new house. We moved out because they were returning home from their mission to Salt Lake City, Temple Square. We were so excited to have them home and much closer to us again. When they came home we actually lived with them for about a week until we could close on our house. It was fun, like going to their house for a vacation, which we never have done because we have always lived so close.
1 Week after we moved into our new home and ward we finally blessed Jace. We wanted to wait until Mitch's parents were home from their misson, so yes, Jace was 3 months old. Let me tell you...if you need motivation unpacking from a move, just plan a family event at your house a week or two after you move in. We had almost everything unpacked and most decorations up. Mitch and I stayed up til midnight almost everynight for a week unpacking and I would tell him where I wanted the decor and he would hang it. It worked well. The boxes that we didn't unpack are pretty much still packed to this day. I am considering just throwing them away without even looking in them. What do you think? Here are a few pictures from Jace's blessing.

Happy Halloween!

Since Tanner was being a football player for Halloween, I remembered that I had a little cheerleading outfit from when I was a little girl, my mom pulled it out and it was perfect. Alexa loved it, even though it was a bit too big. How ironic though…U of U football player and BYU cheerleader. I don’t think those colors are supposed to be worn in the same house. That’s okay, we survived Halloween. They both wore their costumes for 3 straight days. Luckily we weren’t going out and I decided it wasn’t worth fighting them over. I finally told them I had to wash them so they would have to take a break but that they could wear them in a couple days for school and all day on Halloween.

My BIG 3 year old - BOY!

Well October has come and gone and I am on the countdown ‘til my baby comes. Tanner turned 3 years old and I can’t believe how time flies when they are little. He’s definitely not little anymore. He’s a big boy. I asked him the other day if he was my little man or big boy and he said, “Your big man.” I just laughed. He won’t stop talking; sometimes we have to say, “Tanner, BE QUIET!!!” Oh the joys of little boys. That’s another thing…He gets obsessed with whatever sport season it is. SO he is now absolutely into FOOTBALL and asks everyday…”Do I have a game today.” I have to tell him no, but the BIG boys do; he responds with “I am a BIG boy, Mom.
For his birthday all he wanted was a helmet, so we found one and figured it would be perfect for his birthday and his Halloween costume. It’s really a long story why we went with University of Utah but to make it short…Tanner has an uncle and aunt going to school there and they breathe the “U”, plus red and black are our school colors. He loves the whole "get up" Here are some pictures we have taken of him recently that I just love because they show his personality so well.

Tanner wanted a football bake for his birthday day so I figured I could handle that--I thought it turned out pretty cute. What a little cheezer.:)

This is the Utah football helmet and jersey he got for his birthday.

This was the football get-up before the real stuff notice the snow boots as football shoes and the gloves. What a silly little man.

Nice cowboy "get-up". He gallups around on the stick horse saying ge-up, ge-up. I love it.
I was giving Tanner a hair cut and this was the funniest face he was pulling because the hair was getting on him. We all just laughed. This kid seriously cracks me up.

Now what an adorable little girl....Thanks to some help from his older sister, Tanner came up stairs in this lovely get-up for some dance lessons from his sister. Oh DEAR!
SORRY ABOUT THE WEIRD FORMATTING. I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT'S UP. ;)

Farewell to SUMMER!

The slideshow below is some of our boating pictures taken this summer. Boating is our favorite thing to do together as a family. WE have great boating partners too. We bought that boat last summer and it's the best purchase I think that we have ever made. WE love it. And..YES...that's me boarding prego. I boarded until just over 6 months along. I was very careful and know my limits. I couldn't just sit on the boat and watch everyone else having fun. I finally got to a point that I couldn't get the board on by myself, so I thought that better be enough for the summer. I can't wait til next summer.
